Hello Dear Friends and Followers! I need advice and help!!
I sent the guy I have a crush on a facebook message. We didn’t talk a lot, honestly barely at all, and I feel really discouraged.
I think, if he liked me back, he would have kept the conversation going. After he answered my question, he could have asked me a question, like how my night was going or what I was up to.
And here’s the thing, maybe it’s my fault. Maybe after he answered my question I should have said “yeah, right! How is your night going?” But I’m wondering how much effort is too much effort? How do I know he gets it, I like him but he’s politely trying to show me he doesn’t feel the same way?
I’m shy. I’m nervous. It’s hard for me to be comfortable around people I’m not very familiar with and its even harder for me to be around someone I’m not really friends with but have a crush on. I thought a couple of times he might have liked me back because he started conversations with me but I sort of shut it down when o really didn’t know what to say.
So, to make up for that I added him on facebook and then after a few days I reached out and messaged him. Then he kind of shut it down by not keeping the conversation going.
So my new plan is to let it go. I like him, I reached out. It has to be his turn. If he likes me, he has to reach out. Right? He works at the pharmacy I go to, rather frequently, so I will still see him and still smile and say hi and maybe strike up a conversation if I can ever think of one. But I have to let the ball be in his court now, right?
If anyone is still reading this, help a girl out would you? Am I doing the right thing? What would you do? Give me advice!

I cant tell you “just dont be shy” cause thats not how life works but honestly stop thinking youre not good enough for him cause that isnt true. Take a chance and talk to him, yeah it could end with you guys just being friends or it can end up being exactly what you hoped for. You need to get what you want because sadly no one will hand it to you but the possibility of happiness outweighs the chance or rejection.
You wont know what life has in store for you unless you work for it :) goodluck
